What is Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C)?

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a modified, lipid-soluble form of vitamin C able to penetrate the epidermis, reaching the dermis where it stimulates collagen production.

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is also an antioxidant, offsetting collagen-damaging oxidation that contributes to premature aging of the skin.

Vitamin C, particularly Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, increases skin firmness and elasticity, improves stretch marks, lightens pigmented areas and protects against UV damage.
