What is White Tea Leaf Extract?

White Tea Leaf Extract is derived from the young leaves and unopened buds of the tea plant (the Camellia sinensis). It is not fermented or oxidized, thus preserving a unique combination of polyphenolic antioxidants and high concentrations of Vitamins C and E.

White tea also contains the highest concentration of catechins. These plant metabolites support skin’s immune function, guard against free radical damage and protect from sun damage.

When applied topically White Tea Leaf Extract is naturally astringent, provides antioxidant protection, relaxes surface wrinkles and helps promote an overall even skin tone.
